01Put all commitments in one outline
List your existing home and investment loans, regular household costs and other commitments. Include the cash you want to retain. Seeing these together helps frame the discussion around your combined position rather than one proposed repayment in isolation.
02Flag the property questions
If you are comparing a house and an apartment, bring the available title and owners corporation information for your conveyancer to review. Note the ongoing costs you know and the ones still to confirm before settling on a purchase budget.
03Explain how your income fits together
Tell us if employment, business income or rent will be part of the application. An outline is enough to start; we can discuss which supporting records may be needed and any structure or tax questions to take to your accountant.
