How the planner works
Purchase costs are price plus duty and other entered costs. Usable cash is available cash less retained savings. The funding gap is purchase costs less usable cash, with a minimum of zero. Repayments assume that gap is financed by a principal-and-interest loan with equal monthly payments and a constant rate over your term.
No borrowing-capacity, eligibility or lender assessment is performed. Lenders may not finance all costs. This excludes grants, mortgage insurance, ongoing ownership costs, offsets and any fees you have not entered. For an upgrade, enter only the net sale proceeds you expect to have available after existing debt and selling costs, plus other cash. Sale timing and bridging finance need a separate assessment.
Your entries remain on this page and are not saved or sent to FRF. Understand borrowing capacity or explore your first-home options.
